EG LEASING: 2024 ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
EG LEASING (00379.HK) issues a profit warning: expects a net loss of 70 million to 90 million Hong Kong dollars in 2024.
On March 21, Glance Network announced that EG LEASING (00379.HK) expects to record a net loss of approximately 70 million to 90 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending December 31, 2024, compared to 37.3 million Hong Kong dollars for the year ending December 31, 2023, based on preliminary unverified consolidated management accounts. The increase in expected losses is mainly due to the following factors: i. A significant increase in the loss from fair value changes of investment properties of not less than 20 million Hong Kong dollars, compared to approximately 8 million Hong Kong dollars for the corresponding year; ii. A loss from the share of associates of not less than 10 million Hong Kong dollars.

Gelonghui, March 14: EG LEASING (00379.HK) announced that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting on March 26, 2025 (Wednesday) to review and approve the full year performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the year ending December 31, 2024, as well as the proposal for the payment of a final dividend (if any).
