RAFFLESINTERIOR: ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) profit warning: expects an annual after-tax loss not exceeding 5 million Singapore dollars.
On March 24, Gelonghui reported that RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376.HK) anticipates a loss of no more than 5 million Singapore dollars after tax for the year ending December 31, 2024 (December 31, 2023: a net profit of approximately 1.4 million Singapore dollars). The aforementioned loss primarily stems from (i) a loss of 5.1 million Singapore dollars incurred from the discontinued sales and distribution of soft drink products; (ii) a fair value loss of approximately 0.6 million Singapore dollars from the revaluation of derivative liabilities and financial assets; and (iii) an estimated interest of about 0.5 hundred from the convertible bonds liabilities.
