Synertone Communication's Auditor Steps Down; Successor Named
SYNERTONE (01613.HK) appointed Baker Tilly as the new auditor.
On April 2, Gelonghui announced that SYNERTONE (01613.HK) is unable to reach a consensus with Guowei Certified Public Accountants Limited ("Guowei") regarding the auditor's remuneration for the group’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, therefore Guowei has resigned as the company's auditor, effective April 1, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Baichun as the company's new auditor.

Gelonghui announced on March 21 that Mr. Han Weining has resigned as the CEO of SYNERTONE (01613.HK) to focus on other personal business, effective from March 18, 2025. Following this resignation, Mr. Han will continue to serve as the company's executive director. The Board of Directors will timely seek suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of the CEO.
