Chanhigh Holdings Ltd. Appoints New Auditor Amid Fee Dispute
CHANHIGH (02017.HK) has appointed KPMG as the company's new auditor.
On December 16, Gelonghui reported that CHANHIGH (02017.HK) announced the resignation of RSM as the company's auditor, effective from December 13, 2024. In the resignation letter, RSM stated that it had been informed by the company that due to the failure to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the year ending December 31, 2024, the company decided to replace the auditor for the year ending December 31, 2024. Therefore, after careful consideration, RSM decided to resign as the company’s auditor. Furthermore, it was announced that, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, Jin Dao Lian Cheng Accounting Firm Limited ("Jin Dao Lian Cheng") will be appointed.
