ANTA Sports Adjusts Bond Conversion Price Following Dividend Approval

ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK) has adjusted the conversion price of its 1.5 billion euro zero-coupon guaranteed convertible Bonds maturing in 2029.

On May 7, Guanglonghui reported that ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK) announced an adjustment to the conversion price of the zero-coupon guaranteed convertible ​Bonds maturing in 2029, amounting to 1.5 billion euros. According to the terms and conditions of the ​Bonds and due to the Shareholder approval of the dividend at the company's annual general meeting on May 7, 2025, the conversion price will be adjusted from HKD 104.02 to HKD 102.62. The adjustment to the conversion price of the ​Bonds will take effect from May 14, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the ​Bonds remain unchanged.
