CH TREASURES NM (02439.HK) intends to hold a Board of Directors meeting on March 28 to approve the annual performance.
Gelonghui reported on March 18 that CH TREASURES NM (02439.HK) announced that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on March 28, 2025 (Friday) to review and approve the group's full-year performance ending December 31, 2024, and its announcement for release, as well as to consider the declaration of a final dividend (if any).
CH TREASURES NM (02439.HK) expects that the net income for the year 2024 will increase to no less than 0.105 billion yuan.
On March 14, Gelonghui reported that CH TREASURES NM (02439.HK) announced that the group expects the net income attributable to the company's equity holders for the fiscal year 2024 to increase from approximately 84 million RMB for the year ending December 31, 2023, to no less than 105 million RMB. The Board of Directors believes that this increase is mainly due to (i) the growth in sales revenue of biodegradable Plastics shopping bags driving the overall revenue increase and resulting in a higher gross profit; and (ii) an increase in government subsidies following the company's successful listing on the stock exchange; (iii) a refund of additional rental fees following the early termination of the leasing agreement for the Huizhou factory; and ((
