Jeff Boyd : In fact I would argue it really isn't separate from Ping An. They control it, provide services and are largest customer.

Rebecca Xie OP Jeff Boyd : but if ping an offer 2.0+ HKD, minimum, which is v high probability that goes through as ocft is a rib of the ping an body, once the offer get the green light, stock holders will get 2 hkd, which is much higher than this price.

Jeff Boyd : The original contract with Ping An was always unclear to me. I know it was ten years but who owned what and rights at expiration were not clear. There is a long term problem with transparency. I just want it to go away and I think Ping An really took advantage of US markets being in a bubble back then. The concern is they are not done taking advantage.
At least it looks like they are going to release financials in a couple of weeks. I thought that was a disaster waiting to happen.
