On November 22, Gelonghui reported that chi ho dev (08423.HK) expects to record a consolidated net profit of between 8 million and 10 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending September 30, 2024, compared to a consolidated net profit of approximately 6.1 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending September 30, 2023. The expected increase in consolidated net profit for the six months ending September 30, 2024, is primarily due to increased revenues from mixed projects and newly constructed basic engineering, leading to increases in total revenue and gross profit. This impact is partially offset by an expected increase in net impairment losses under the expected credit loss model.
