We are a well-known mechanical and electrical (“electromechanical”) contractor with a reputation in Macau and Hong Kong, focusing on providing electricity-related mechanical and electrical engineering. Quanda Systems Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Quanda Systems (Macau)”) was established in 2006. After the Group was restructured in 2015, Quanda Systems (Macau) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aoda Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”). The Group continued to undertake projects within the scope of mechanical and electrical engineering in the Hong Kong sector through its wholly-owned subsidiary SEM Resources Limited (“SEM Resources”) for the year ended December 31, 2022 (“SEM Resources”) to continue diversifying market risk and uncertain strategies. Our business scope of mechanical and electrical engineering mainly includes the supply, installation and maintenance of electrical systems for new and existing buildings in Macau and Hong Kong commercial and residential development, hotel development, casino development, hotel renovation and stadium projects, and cable trade.
