AR-PROTAC compound (GT20029) GT20029 is a topical AR-PROTAC compound developed using the PROTAC platform independently developed by the Group. We are currently developing GT20029 to treat hair loss and acne. GT1708F (hedgehog/SMO inhibitor) GT1708F (hedgehog/SMO inhibitor) is a hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitor. We are currently developing GT1708F mainly for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and hematologic tumors. GT0486 GT0486 is a PI3K/mTOR signaling pathway inhibitor and is a second-generation mTOR inhibitor. We are currently developing GT0486, which is mainly used to treat metastatic solid tumors such as breast cancer, prostate cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). ALK-1 antibody (GT90001) The ALK-1 antibody is a new anti-angiogenesis inhibitor that we obtained an exclusive global license from Pfizer in 2018, and targets ALK-1, a new global biological target. We are developing ALK-1 antibodies to treat metastatic HCC and various solid tumors.
