Lion to Take Full Control of Vietnam Healthcare Affiliate Merap Lion
Lion has acquired all shares of its associated company in Vietnam, making it a 100% subsidiary.
On the 17th, Lion <4912.T> announced that it has resolved to acquire all shares of its equity-method affiliated company, Merap Lion Holding Corporation, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Merap Lion is successfully expanding its business by leveraging its strong brands in the Health Care sector, as well as its distribution network and sales power that covers hospitals and clinics throughout Vietnam.
