I got news for you you're wrong
discretionary spending on things that are not a necessity or the first expenses that are eliminated
going out to dinner gets reduced from maybe 3-4 times a month for the average family down to one your morning coffee at Starbucks for five bucks becomes a Dunkin' donuts for $1.50 you trade down and that's been proven by Walmart
the people that are at $1.50 they bring their own coffee to work that's been proven to happen
so don't think for a moment that this company is going to miraculously become unscathed and they're going to be able to grow their business in a contracting consumer confidence Market
ASteffie 10baggerbamm : I don't know man. You ever been in the suburbs of Phoenix? everytime I've been there since Dutch bros swept the west coast, there is a line... always. A drink is like 7 to 8 bucks. I've tried it once, was pretty good.

it's not like they're using coffee beans that are shit out by a palm civet.. mm mmm good check out that pic of a log crapped out.
you purify water you grind up the coffee Bean you're running through you get coffee and I'm telling you that people cut back and that's why Walmart cautioned when Walmart caution just think about that people are going to slow down their trips they're going to slow down their vacations they're going to slow down eating out that's why consumer sentiment now is at a low since 2020 for three that was Friday's number one of them that triggered the market sell off. we've got 2 months in a row of consumer sentiment going straight to the crapper straight down and they're going to stop spending and just think about it if you go 5 days a week to this coffee shop every morning it's routine and at the end of the month you start looking at your credit cards cuz a lot of people are buying this coffee on a credit card maybe they cut back to 4 days a week maybe they do it on Monday cuz Monday is a shit day and Friday because hey the weekends here that means you cut back three times in a week you scale that number that's a huge drop in revenue even if they only cut back one time that's a huge drop in revenue for these companies and that's going to happen you mark my words.

I believe you, I just think people will scrape for that addictive crap. I'm not invested much in this type of bullshit. I've got enough problems. I'm in aerospace and defense. You know and we're drones attacking and beating up houth so business is booming. Which... makes me sad.
