10baggerbamm : this is an excellent post because this is where the rubber hits the road. if you want to buy Bitcoin you can buy Bitcoin that's been said a hundred times over. so what is the premium that the Bitcoin holdings will trade at relative to spot value that's what you need to be concerned about. microstrategy at one point traded at a 300% premium and then it fell to a 70% premium to spot Bitcoin. so in addition to the dilution that's mentioned here what the conversion is going to be you need to figure out what is the premium that the Bitcoin it owns trade at relative to the market. it will not trade at spot it's not going to be one to one will it be on par with microstrategy? will it be at a discount to microstrategy will it be at a premium, I don't know... I do know one thing I'm sick about watching this trade at 50 dollars when I sold mine in the low 30s and I thought I did well I traded this multiple times and it was a major home run to all that held out so I tip my hat to you guys but you got to be careful read this post and head the warning because you could wake up after this filing with the SEC and it could gap down dramatically

RiskGame : Grok forgot to mention expected btc surge due to ongoing global liquidity surge plus  small Cep float means potential short squeezes.
Volatility will be high but dilution will only come after XXI is listed.  For next 3 months at least , btc will be the main driving force.
