$Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3X Shares ETF (DRN.US)$ $9.15 is the 20 day average.. it's probably going to get some resistance at that level because it's really not traded and broken out above the 20-day for an extended period of time. we'll have to see if there's any significant breakthrough to the upside and that would mean that institutions are building positions now in the core holdings of this ETF.

you have to take a big picture so I posted a chart look at the amount of time over the past 5 years that it has spent above the current levels

Bullish signals for Real Estate 2025 !

$Real Estate Select Sector Spdr Fund (The) (XLRE.US)$ A good start for Real Estate, which is even ahead of the market. In addition, with the upcoming rate cuts, this will be favorable for real estate. Here is XLRE, the real estate market index and it's 3 charts: Monthly, Weekly and Daily.

Today's investment in Real Estate & Homebuilders x3 leveraged ETF

$Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3X Shares ETF (DRN.US)$ $Direxion Daily Homebuilders & Supplies Bull 3X Shares (NAIL.US)$ Bought a lot of NAIL and DRN ! There's x3 leveraged version of Homebuilders's and Real Estate's ETF !
Both stocks are below the 200MA, 50 and 20. Their RSI is in the 30s, almost oversold, and MACD barely negative. They have been on an uptrend for over a year, #6 of 9's (indicator tool) suggest imminent reversal.
