For me this is a great entry point to start accumulating. I put a fair value on this business at about 18x earnings which is around 30% higher then share price currently. I think earnings will grow as interest rates come down & of course we do not want to wait to it happens.Investing is about frontrunning everyone else. Now is the time to jump in.
