read the release from this morning, mention of tailwinds in complex trade environment, mention of headwinds in macro conditions. macro conditions could see the price fall further tomorrow but if the speaker is well recived the price could surge. buy in portions if you seek to buy today. split the portion between now and the afternoon. the price is ambiguous though. have a plan for if it falls tomorrow.

As Leprechaun said above likely due to a mix of tech sector weakness, some recent leadership shakeups, and investor nerves around the announcement of e2open buy out and it being only prelim stages. I'm not day trading this stock and I'm working on 6 month to 1 year hold.

if i am to attempt to give it a time frame, the market factors i would look to are global interest rates cuts, australia in particular. i think reductions will provide the conditions required to complete price recovery.
Thanks to TWIMO for catching this. After a closer look WiseTech Global (WTC) is showing some strong signs on the charts. The price looks like it’s forming a "cup and handle" — a classic pattern that often leads to a breakout. Momentum is looking good, but for this move to really take off, we need to see a jump in trading volume Immediate resistance is around $100 which aligns with the upper boundary of the potential handle formation and a $90 resistance zone. If the market stays ste...

To put it really simply,If WTC was trading around $95, and the last 3 times it bounced at $90, that’s likely support. If it keeps hitting $100 and pulling back, that’s resistance. You could enter near $90 and look to exit near $100 — unless volume breaks through. It's best to use the 4hr or daily candle's to find the resistance zones Keeping it simple again..buy at support, sell at resistance. For breakouts wait a full candle close above resistance with volume. Don’t DCA too early — wait for strong support or signs it’s actually turning up.

It is conforming despite short term volatility. Look at the weekly and daily chart… MACD is nice. Surprisingly, look at the most recent low volume. The book describes it exactly as we are seeing it… if volume spikes, I think we might want to move cash into this possible upswing…….
$WiseTech Global Ltd (WTC.AU)$With WiseTech (ASX:WTC) founder Richard White settling his latest sex scandal quietly out of the spotlight, the distraction cloud is lifting — and the market's ready to refocus on fundamentals. The tech powerhouse is back in the headlines for the right reasons again, and $140 is the next logical stop. Smart money knows when sentiment shifts — don’t blink.

WiseTech Global is making it into the news with its potential acquisition of US-based supply chain platform provider e2open (NYSE:ETWO) for up to $3.5 billion . This move aligns with WiseTech's strategy to accelerate product development and expand its ecosystem through strategic acquisitions . The acquisition could significantly enhance WiseTech's global footprint, especially in the US market, and bolster its logistics software capabilities. However, it's worth noting that discussions are still indicative, and there's no certainty a deal will occur . I'll be watching closely, considering the potential impact on WiseTech's stock price.

What have you found? I reckon the PR department’s update isn’t timely. Been too frequent that announcements comes some time after active price action.

When is the next quarterly reporting? Looks like a nice entry although shipping companies aren’t looking good e.g. ZIM Hafnia… uncertain if entry now is good…

this particular company suffered a large devaluation because of the ceo’s sex life, i averaged into this one as the scandal played out. its a good example of what i was explaining yesterday. only its a bit further into the story than is ideal for that method.

the better example of that trade style sits a little further back in this chart. the story came out and the ceo stepped down. so in a rather small matter of time you would stand to make large gains, trading from a point of knowledge.

I allowed it to fall without action… solid company… solid financials… I don’t subscribe to the Chief of Staff and Deputy CIO to the CEO role. It’s merely PR if the CEO is game set on being the leader of his own company. my instinct is telling me capital is better liquid than stuck in stocks… I keep imagining bad news ahead with shipping companies not doing well…
