Shengshi Container Enterprise Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) since 1993. The Company is a world-renowned container manufacturer and has an extensive depot business network in the People's Republic of China (“China”). In terms of manufacturing business, we currently have five factories located in China to produce various products, including dry containers, foldable flat containers, open top containers, tanks, offshore containers, custom containers and other special containers and container accessories. We have started a container leasing business in recent years, providing customers with additional options other than direct purchases. The logistics business includes container depots and logistics companies. We currently operate a total of eight container depots, located in key ports such as Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Fuzhou, and Xiamen in China, as well as a logistics company in Xiamen, China. To strengthen our business, Green Tenaga Pte.Limited (“Green Tenaga”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, was established in Singapore in 2023. Green Tenaga is a leading supplier of energy storage system solutions to provide innovative solutions to support the transition to a low-carbon future. Green Tenaga focuses on scalable and efficient energy storage system technologies that enhance energy security, safety, and grid stability.
