Platt Nera International Raises HK$9.3 Million From Share Placement
Baida International Holdings (01949.HK) has completed the placement of a total of 0.12 billion shares.
On April 2, 2023, Gelonghui reported that Baida International Holdings (01949.HK) announced that the Board of Directors is pleased to declare that the placing has been completed on April 2, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. Accordingly, the placing agent successfully placed a total of 0.12 billion placing shares, representing (i) approximately 17.65% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the placing; and (ii) approximately 11.76% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the issuance of 0.12 billion placing shares as of the date of this announcement.

Baida International Holdings (01949.HK): Termination of the acquisition of a yacht.
Gelonghui reported on March 21 that Baida International Holdings (01949.HK) announced its plans to acquire a yacht. After careful consideration, the company decided not to proceed with the acquisition. On March 21, 2025, the buyer and the shipbuilder entered into a termination agreement, in which the parties mutually agreed to terminate the yacht construction contract and release each other from their respective obligations under the yacht construction contract, effective from the date of the termination agreement. As of the announcement date, the group had not made any payments to the shipbuilder. Therefore, there is currently no need to issue any refunds.
