$Challenger (573.SG)$ Where is the Pangolin now? they rejected the delisting offer, claiming value to be above $1, and looks like they have exited at lower price later.

$Challenger (573.SG)$ 0.59/share.
Exit offer at $0.56/share unsuccessful in Jun 2019 (ref. 1, 2). In 2021 Dymon acquired 15% of Challenger's stake (ref. 4). In 2022, it issued 58 mil shares at $0.58 to Digileap Capital (Dymon Asia's vehicle). This contributes to shares outstanding at 400 mil (ref. 3). What is its long term goal? Will the stakeholders be part of this?
