Institutional traders not in (yet).. Also no share buyback exercise conducted by the company.. Plus the market sentiment is rather fluid and uncertain. Believed the volume we see are mostly from retailers.

You are right! For the past years including the recent months, the big institutions like ABN Amro, UBS, etc have been operating this counter (buy up, then sell down).
$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$is there any compelling reason to buy this stock? It offers almost no dividends, and the projected capital gains over the next few years appear marginal at best.

Definitely it is in the consolidation phase. Was pretty disturbingly uneasy as the volume was rather thin for the past few days which might suggest a downtrending can be happening soon.

this stock fundamental is very bad 7years of huge losses. it keep testing new lows. with trump shockwave round 2 coming. it will be hit. especially giving crappy dividends. 1%. too much uncertainly.
$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$UOBKH issued a technical sell call about 2 days ago. The BBs knew. So they try to kill the retail short-sellers. The BBs read every forum.

The price direction seems enter an directionless phase, as the volume is also getting thinner since last 23 April 2025.
$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$$Seatrium Ltd (5E2.SG)$The candlestick formed on 23/Apr is NOT a hanging man (as mentioned in the comment below), cause it has a real body that is longer than the size of the lower tail. Therefore, not indication of downtrend!”.
