On May 8, Gelonghui announced that Jiangsu Sanfame Polyester Material (600370.SH) reported the implementation of one of the projects funded by the public issuance of convertible corporate bonds "Sanfame Convertible Bonds". This project, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million tons of eco-friendly multifunctional bottle chips, is managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Xingye Plastics Co., Ltd., which has recently commenced production. The project employs advanced production technology and equipment, featuring two sets of the largest single-scale PET polymerization facilities at 0.75 million tons/year, which can effectively improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and minimize emissions, aligning with the Eco-friendly Concept of production. The commencement of this project will further enhance the company's PTA-bottle grade polyester chip production capabilities.
