PayPal Stock Discussion

This is a true story.
Last week, I called PayPal customer service because I was unable to log into my account. I couldn't reset my password using my email or phone number. When I spoke with the customer service representative, they told me the issue was due to problems with my email provider (Microsoft) and my phone service provider. They gave me contact numbers and told me to resolve the issue on my own. I tried calling the numbers they provided, but no one answered...
