Consistency is a key

Could make much more today but better than almost losing everything. Was in 484 calls from early morning sold during breakout but much more cheaper than the high of the day.
6 minutes after i sold contracts skyrocketed and with the same speed they dropped. Still I was able to catch the good sell price.

Xzibit OP Handiyanan : i started over and over again after losing shit ton of money in the last few years lol the only reason to that because i was always expecting more , i would stick to a strategy but the greediness would eat me from inside eventually , i would change my original limit sell , when i saw that contracts are doing great. Consequencies of this inevitable. Never ever chasing anything anymore, my plan now to stick to the original goal. If i have a big position in 0DTE contracts , i try to sell almost immediately, tops three hours no matter what. If i buy something that expires in few days , its always volatile stocks like Meta, Tsla etc., i try to sell immediately. Only on rear occasions i would swing it overnight, if i have like 3k position. Otherwise i sell almost immediately too. Had too many mistakes in the past that i cant afford to repeat. I started over with 7.1k , exactly 7 trading days ago and thrned it to 41k. However, i overtraded during one day last week and got myself into good faith violation but i was really feeling it that day haha Not that i would reccomend it to anyone else, overtrading is also one of the biggest issues. Better to have 1-2 trades per days and call it a day. So yeah, sticking to a plan is the best course of action. I also used to always buy something right away at open. With QQQ and Spy options i learned thag its better to wait it out. In few hours contracts get cheaper and there is always more clearer direction of where its going, never buying too early.

Xzibit OP Ahh_gee_Joey : oh i dont do wild swings (at least anymore lol). i was able to grow my account quickly recently and i try not to swing anything, if i absolutely have to it would be somwhere around 3k position. But i was confident in this one, just because tuesday was a day before Powell speaks, i was expecting market to pull back. Given that contract expires on Friday and it was only Monday, i held. Otherwise , if it was bigger position and closer to expiration i wouldnt sleep lol So i am not doing thag anymore. Lost too much of sleep and money before
