my plan for tomorrow, try to what has gains and buy as close to the money for preparation for Wednesday

$ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ ETF (SQQQ.US)$ I'm expecting the market to bounce all over Wednesday before Powell speaks. so I'll be selling in the morning both upside and down to zero in on the closest in the money strangle possible. I'm leaning to a QQQ crash after Powell speaks.
