Why hasn't my crypto deposit arrived?

Here are common reasons why your crypto deposit may not have been credited:

 

1. Blockchain confirmations still in progress

Crypto deposits require a certain number of on-chain confirmations before they can be credited. The number of confirmations varies by cryptocurrency. Please allow some time for the process to complete.

 

2. Unsupported cryptocurrency or incorrect network

Before making a deposit, make sure MCI supports both the cryptocurrency and the network you intend to use. Depositing unsupported tokens or using an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of assets.

 

3. Wrong deposit address

Always use the deposit address provided by MCI and confirm it before initiating the transfer. Depositing to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of assets.

 

4. Below minimum deposit amount

5. Incorrect wallet type

Make sure your source wallet address matches the wallet type you selected during the deposit process. A mismatch may cause the deposit to fail.

Note: Using an exchange wallet address or an address already verified on another platform will also cause the deposit to fail.

 

6. Compliance review

In certain cases, a deposit may be subject to compliance review. If additional approval is required, processing will take at least 1 business day.
