About Upgrade

You can achieve membership upgrades and enjoy the corresponding tier benefits by increasing your net deposits and total assets through making deposits.

About Downgrade

As a membership client, your status may change if your net deposits OR total assets with moomoo fall and stay below the membership requirements.

Before we downgrade your status, we'll give you a grace period (7 days) so you can top-up your account and continue to take advantage of your existing benefits. If you fail to increase your net deposits or total assets to the required threshold within the next 7 days, your membership tier will be downgraded to your actual eligibility level.

What if I only want to use features included in Premium Data？

You can choose to become a moomoo member or purchase the Premium Data seperately. The price for Premium Data is 27.99 USD/month.

The Moomoo App is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. ("MTI"). Investment products and services available through the Moomoo App in the U.S. are offered by Moomoo Financial Inc. ("MFI"), a broker-dealer registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), a member of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). You can only receive one set of reward for this Promotion, with no more than one account enrolled per person. Each device, regardless mobile or computer, can be only entitled to one set of reward of this Promotion. If your Moomoo account shows any signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activities, such as the use of multiple accounts, it shall be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that you breach these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms, Moomoo may, at its sole discretion, terminate your eligibility to participate in this membership program.
