How to update my account information

1. Account information including

● Identity information: Name, Date of Birth, Citizenship.

● Contact information: Phone number, Email address

● Address: Country/Region,Street, Apt#, Suite#, Bldg#, City, State, Zip Code

● Tax: Tax Residency, Tax Forms

2. Update account information

● Go to Accounts

● Click Brokerage Account

● Click More

● Click Account Profile

● Click Modify and follow the instructions to submit your update request, you may need to submit related documents

● After you have successfully submitted your request, we will process your request within 1-3 business days. Please note that we will send a result notification via APP and Email.

● Please submit valid documents as required. For specific requirements, please refer to what materials need to be prepared before opening an account.
