What is a Trusted Contact Person

● By FINRA Rule 4512(a)(1)(F), each client may provide Moomoo Financial Inc. with a Trusted Contact if necessary.

● The Trusted Contact is a person that Moomoo Financial Inc. is authorized to contact in case of diminished capacity or other circumstances. In providing a Trusted Contact, you are authorizing the firm to contact this person and disclose your customer information. If you would like a Trusted Contact added to your customer information, please provide the name and contact information to cs@us.moomoo.com.

*Note: The Trusted Contact must be age 18 or older. You are not required to provide a Trusted Contact, and Moomoo Financial Inc. will recognize this as you have opted out of providing this information if you don't.
