Customers who win a prize sponsored by Moomoo MY from the Fortune Wall Game organized by Invest Fair 2025 will be entitled for rewards below:

How to Claim Rewards:

Customers must visit the Moomoo MY booth at Invest Fair 2025 between June 21, 2025, and June 22, 2025, to collect their prizes. Moomoo MY will provide a special redemption code for reward claims.

Stock Cash Coupon Usage Rules:

During the coupon's validity period, when you place and execute one eligible trade order, the coupon amount will be refunded as cash to your account within 5 trading days (not directly deducted from the order amount).

New User Promotion

New customers who join the New User Campaign from Invest Fair 2025 will be eligible for additional special rewards exclusive for this event only:

• Open a Moomoo MY Universal Account to get 1 game token.

• Fill in the EXCLUSIVE DEPOSIT code and complete the first deposit of at least RM1,000 to get RM40 cash coupon.

• On top of that, make a cumulative deposit of at least RM1,000 / RM5,000 / RM10,000 / RM30,000 / RM50,000 to Moomoo MY Universal Account can get a moomoo merchandise and additional game token (total 2 game tokens).

RM40 Cash Coupon Usage Rules:

Customers can receive a RM40 cash coupon; and within 60 days after issuance, the cash coupon can be activated by completing 2 securities transactions with an amount of at least RM200.

Trading is limited to Stocks, Exchange Traded Products, Trusts in the US market and Stocks, Exchange Traded Products in the MY market; after meeting the requirements, the cash coupons will be automatically added to your account balance within 5 trading days.

Existing User Promotion

Eligibility: Existing Moomoo users who deposited on or before 20 June 2025.

• Make an one-off deposit of at least RM10,000 to get RM20 stock cash coupon + 2 game tokens.

• Make an one-off deposit of at least RM30,000 to get RM100 stock cash coupon + 2 game tokens.

• Make an one-off deposit of at least RM50,000 to get RM300 stock cash coupon + 2 game tokens.

Stock cash coupons will be issued upon reaching the required net deposit. To activate the stock cash coupon, users must maintain the net deposit (including cash, stocks, or equivalent assets) for 30 consecutive days.

Lucky Draw

Moomoo users who have joined the New User Promotion, Existing User Promotion, or Transfer-in Promotion are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.

To join, simply fill in your Moomoo ID on the provided card and drop it into the lucky draw box before the draw time.

Prizes of lucky draw include RM666 worth of Nvidia stocks, RM200 worth of Apple stocks, and RM88 worth of Alphabet-A stocks.

Lucky Draw result will be announced on these dates:

• 21 June 2025, 4PM (at Invest Fair Main Stage)

• 22 June 2025, 3:15PM (at Invest Fair Main Stage)

• 23 June 2025 (Moomoo MY Social Media)

By participating in the lucky draw, you consent to allow Moomoo MY to announce your Moomoo ID publicly or on social media for winner announcement purposes.

How to Claim Rewards:

The full winners list will also be posted on Moomoo MY social media on 23 June 2025.

Note: Redemption must be completed within 7 trading days. Claims made after this period will be considered invalid.

The free stock reward will be unfrozen if you successfully maintain the required net deposit (including cash, stocks, and other equivalent assets) for 60 days, based on the tier specified in the promotion.

The value unit of the stock share is USD, based on an exchange rate of USD:MYR = 1:4.5.

Usage Rules After Stock Reward Unlock:

After completing the asset lock-in task, the free shares reward will be automatically credited to your account balance within 10 trading days.

Note: After depositing, you can freely trade stocks. A small decrease in net value due to fluctuations in holding value will not affect the unlocking of rewards. However, if the loss of holding value exceeds 20%, the locked-in task may fail. In this case, please contact customer service to reissue the bonus.

Notes

1. Stock cash coupons rewards: The valid period is 180 days after issuance.

2. Free Stock Rewards: The activity distributes share rewards at a fixed value. The actual value unit of the US stocks reward is USD, and the conversion rate is USD:MYR=1:4.5. After the gift stock are successfully unlocked, moomoo will buy the shares at a fixed price. The shares will be issued to your account within 3-5 working days after the purchase. The number/unit of free shares you receive is calculated using: (1) Current market price when you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task), or (2) The closing price of the previous trading day you successfully unlock your free share (after completing the 60-day net deposit lock-up task). Please be aware that during the period from purchase to completion of the issuance, the stock price fluctuates with the market, and therefore the value of the bonus shares also fluctuates accordingly. Moomoo is not responsible for the fluctuation of the value of the bonus shares caused by market fluctuations.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
