Registration & Eligibility
1. This Event is open to all users who have registered for a Moomoo ID. Users who have registered for the event must present a QR code to the staff for check-in and admission on the day of the event.
2. "New Clients" are defined as users who have not made any deposits into their Moomoo MY universal account before 24th October 2025.
3. "Existing Clients" are defined as users who have made at least one deposit into their Moomoo MY universal account before 24th October 2025.
4. Each participant is identified by their unique Moomoo ID. Each Moomoo ID is entitled to participate in any given promotion only once.

Section A: New User Promotion (NUP) - MooFest Exclusive Rewards

Q1: How do I participate in the Main Stage Lucky Draw?
To participate, you must complete your event passport by collecting stamps from all the listed booths. Drop your completed passport into the designated box at the Moomoo Redemption Zone 10 minutes before the lucky draw session. Winners will be drawn from this box on the main stage. Please note that winners must be physically present to claim their prize; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Winners will be required to present their ID for verification.
Q2: How is "Net Deposit" calculated?
Net Deposit = (Total Deposits + Total Asset-In) - (Total Withdrawals + Total Asset-Out) during the campaign period. This includes cash deposits and stock transfers.
Q3: Can I trade with my funds during the 60-day holding period? Will market fluctuations affect my reward eligibility?
Yes, you can trade freely with your deposited funds. Your eligibility for rewards is based on maintaining the required *net deposit* amount, which is not affected by profits or losses from your trading activities.
Q4: When will the lucky draw rewards be distributed?
Moomoo merchandise and other physical prizes won from the lucky draw will be distributed on the spot immediately after the winner is announced. Free stock rewards will be credited to your Moomoo MY universal account within 7 business days after the event concludes.
Q5: When will I receive my NUP/EUP rewards (cash coupons and stocks)?
Cash coupons and stock cash coupons are typically credited to your "Me > Coupons" section immediately after fulfilling the task requirements. Fractional shares will be credited after the 60-day holding period is successfully completed.
Q6: As a New Client, if I deposit RM 5,000, can I participate in the New User Promotion, the Main Stage Lucky Draw, and the Deposit-Exclusive Lucky Draw?
Yes. By depositing RM 5,000, you qualify for the "Basic" tier of the NUP. You also meet the requirement for the Deposit-Exclusive Lucky Draw. If you also complete the event passport stamping, you will be eligible for the Main Stage Lucky Draw as well.

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first.
