Moomoo MY reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this campaign.

Event Summary

● Individual Ranking Rewards: During the event, users can get the corresponding game points by playing games. After the event, the top 200 players with the most game points can get corresponding rewards. Rewards issued are based on the various rankings.

● Additional Rewards: During the event, users can get additional rewards when their game points have reached the target level.

Rewards:

Each user can only enjoy one of the rewards listed in the table, and the reward is non-stackable.

Reward Issuance: You are not required to claim it manually. Rewards will be automatically issued to your universal account within 7 working days after the event ends.

2. Additional Rewards

● Individual game scores reach 100: 500 moomoo points

● Individual game scores reach 200: 800 moomoo points

● Individual game scores reach 300: 1000 moomoo points

Reward Issuance: The above rewards can be stacked, but they need to be claimed manually and will be credited within 3 working days. If you do not claim it during the event period, it will be forfeited and there is strictly no reissuance of the reward. A maximum of 2,300 additional moomoo points can be obtained per user.

Special Note: To ensure fairness, cheating is strictly prohibited in this event. If detected, any game rewards will be forfeited.

Event Mechanism

1. How to participate?

During the event, users can choose any game to play. There are 3 games in total, which can be chosen during the event.

● Each user will receive 3 free gameplay chances at the start.

● When a user completes a game, he or she can get corresponding game points. The points obtained vary depending on the progess of the game.

● When there are no gameplay chances left, users can get gain more chances by completing tasks.

● The list of tasks includes, but is not limited to, completing referral tasks / browsing designated pages / deposit, etc. The specific tasks are subject to the display of the tasks.

● Once the event has ended, unused gameplay chances will no longer be valid.

2. How to earn gameplay chances?

● Each user has 3 gameplay chances by default.

● Completing more tasks allow users to score more gameplay chances (such as completing trading tasks/ browsing designated pages/ deposit, etc.). The specific tasks are subjected to the list of tasks.

● Gameplay chances will be awarded to users based on the difficulty level of the task.

FAQs

1. Will gameplay chances be renewed daily?

No. You will receive 3 gameplay chances only the first time you access the event landing page. To earn more chances, please refer to the task list and complete tasks to unlock additional gameplay chances.

2. How to earn game points?

The game points you can obtain are determined by the specific calculation rules of each game.

For example, in the Stack Up game, your final game points depend on the total number of moomoo blocks you stack upward. Additionally, each game round offers 1 revival opportunity, which can be unlocked by watching a video. After reviving, you can continue playing.

3. Do the P/L avatars I obtain have an expiration date?

Yes. The P/L avatars obtained in moomoo carnival have a 60-day trial period. After 60 days, the skins can no longer be equipped or used. Once the P/L avatars are later released in the Rewards Club, they can be redeemed with moomoo points.

4. Can I practice before the game officially starts?

Yes, you have unlimited practice attempts, and practicing does not consume gameplay chances.

Terms & Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. 3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
