1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period, but I have not yet deposited funds. Am I still eligible for this promotion?

Existing users who have successfully opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period but have yet to deposited any amount into their Moomoo SG universal account will be eligible for this promotion.

2. Is it possible to deposit other equivalent currencies?

You can only deposit in the following currencies: SGD, USD & HKD.

3. How can I receive the commission-free cards?

• Only users who open accounts during the promotion period are eligible for the commission-free cards for SG, HK & China-A stocks.

• Upon successfully opening a Moomoo SG universal account, you will receive a 1-year commission-free card for the SG market and a 30-day commission-free card for HK market & China A-shares. These can be viewed under "My Rewards" section of the APP.

• The coupons will be automatically applied, and you will start enjoying commission-free trading once it has been credited to your account (the commission-free card for SG market only includes SG stocks, ETFs, and REITs).

4. How can I receive Tesla fractional shares?

• Complete the corresponding deposit task.

• Upon completing the task, click on "Claim" on the promotion page. The corresponding Tesla fractional shares will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

• The Tesla fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance period for each tier has been met. Once the specified conditions are satisfied, the Tesla fractional shares will be automatically unfrozen, and all rewards will be directly credited to your Moomoo SG universal account.

13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.

15. 17. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
