Campaign Period 
The Campaign will run from 09 February 2026, 10:00 PM SGT until further notice. *(“Campaign Period”).
*Moomoo SG reserves all rights to change the duration of the campaign without prior notice.
 
Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign
To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
  1. You must be a Singapore resident and have successfully registered a moomo ID; and
  2. You must not have deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your Moomoo SG universal account at any time prior to the commencement of Campaign Period, regardless of whether your account is active, restricted, closed or otherwise deactivated; and
  3. To participate in the account opening task, you must not have opened a Moomoo SG universal account at any time prior to the commencement of Campaign Period, regardless of whether your account is active, restricted, closed or otherwise deactivated
Only participants who satisfy the above conditions and complete the relevant tasks will be eligible to activate the corresponding rewards.

How to Participate

When eligible participants complete the deposit, asset maintain, and trade tasks, they can get corresponding rewards.

[1] Deposit Task Requirements:
The 30-day deposit period begins consecutively from the date of your first deposit. During the deposit period, the cumulative net deposit amount in your Moomoo SG Universal Account must meet the requirements specified in the rewards table above. The cumulative net deposit amount under this Campaign is calculated as: Cumulative net deposit = Total deposit during the deposit period - Total withdrawal during the deposit period. Cash deposits and withdrawals must be completed within the deposit period.
Example: If you make your first deposit on 10 February 2026, your deposit period will run from 10 February 2026 to 11 March 2026.
*After completing the deposit task, please manually claim the rewards on the Campaign page. Please note that rewards will remain locked until the subsequent maintenance requirements are satisfied.
 
[2]Total Stackable Reward Value: The displayed amount reflects the total reward limit for each tier which stacks cumulatively based on deposited amount.
For example, if a client reaches the S$1,000,000 tier, he can claim rewards with a total value of S$1,550 (which includes the deposit tier rewards for S$3,000, S$10,000, S$100,000, S$500,000 and S$1,000,000).

After you complete the deposit task and click the "Claim Reward" button, the S$100 trading cash coupons from the Private Wealth Wecome Reward will be issued to your account but will remain frozen. This reward can only be unlocked after completing the asset maintenance task.
The 90-day asset maintenance period begins from the day of the reward is issued. During the asset maintain period, you must ensure that your daily average net deposit meets or exceeds the minimum requirement of the corresponding deposit tier. The daily average net deposit for the asset maintain task is calculated as follows: Daily Average Net Deposit during asset maintain Period = Total net deposits for each day during the asset maintain period divided by 90. At the end of the asset maintenance period, any locked rewards will be deemed invalid and forfeited.
*For example, if your cumulative net deposit reaches S$1 million on February 17, 2026, and you claim the corresponding reward, the S$100 trading cash coupons will be issued on February 17, 2026. Your asset maintenance period will be from February 17, 2026, to May 17, 2026.
 
[6]The actual value of NVIDIA fractional shares is denominated in USD, and the reward value shown above is calculated based on the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.29 SGD as of 17 July 2025. Minor rounding differences may occur due to currency conversion.

The trading cash coupons under this Campaign are applicable to the buy orders for the following categories of financial instruments:
  • Hong Kong: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (leveraged and inverse products), and funds (REITs);
  • United States: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs), options (stock options, index options);
  • Singapore: stocks, funds (ETFs), funds (REITs).
 
Note: To be eligible for the rewards, you must deposit funds from your bank account only and maintain the assets exclusively in your Moomoo SG universal account. Any deposits or assets in your CDP-linked account do not count toward the deposit or asset value calculation of this Campaign. Furthermore, if you transfer funds from Moomoo SG universal account to your CDP-linked account, causing the asset value in your Moomoo SG universal account to fall below the required asset maintenance threshold, you will not qualify for the corresponding rewards.
In the meantime, all withdrawals from your Moomoo SG universal account, regardless of source of funds, will reduce your net deposit under the Campaign, which may prevent you from meeting the cumulative net deposit requirement. If you withdraw funds from CDP-linked Account through Moomoo SG universal account, please ensure that you make additional deposits from your bank account into your Moomoo SG universal account, if needed, to keep your net deposit sufficient to qualify for the corresponding rewards.

  1. How can I claim the Moomoo Figurine?
  • Complete the deposit task for Private Wealth Welcome Rewards and consecutively maintain an average daily asset of SGD 1,000,000 over 30 days to become a moomoo private wealth client.
  • After qualifying, you can collect the figurine from your relationship manager.
  1. How can I receive trading cash coupons?
  • Complete the corresponding deposit task.
  • After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the campaign page. The corresponding trading cash coupons will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].
  • The S$15, S$25, and S$50 trading cash coupons are valid for 60 days from the date the coupons are credited to your account and will be available for use immediately.
  • However, the S$100 trading cash coupon will remain frozen until the completion of the 90-day asset maintenence period. You must maintain the required minimum asset balance for 90 days from the date this coupon is credited to your account. Once unlocked, it will be valid for 90 days from the date the coupon is unlocked.
 
  1. How can I receive the NVIDIA Share?
  • Complete the corresponding deposit task.
  • After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the campaign page. The corresponding NVDA Share will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].
  • The NVIDIA Share, valued at S$20, S$100, S$150, will remain frozen upon share issuance to [My Rewards]. You must maintain the required minimum asset balance for 30 or 90 days from the reward claim date to unlock the share.
 
  1. How is the cumulative deposit task calculated?
  • You need to complete the cumulative deposit task within 30 days from the date of your first deposit. Any deposit made after this 30-day period will not count toward the reward.
  • For example, if you make your first deposit of S$1 million on 10 February 2026, and your cumulative net deposits reach S$3 million on 17 March 2026, you will only be eligible for S$1 million tier reward, because by the end of the 30-day period (which ends on 12 March 2026), your cumulative net deposit does not reach the higher tier.
 
  1. Can I claim the reward after the 30-day deposit period has ended?
  • Yes, you can still claim your reward on the Campaign page anytime before the Campaign ends, even if the 30-day deposit period has passed.
  • Once the Campaign ends, you will no longer be able to claim the reward, and any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
 
  1. What does asset maintenance mean?
  • Asset maintenance means that to unlock your rewards, you need to keep at least the required balance (as shown in the table above) in your account continuously for the specified period. If your account balance falls below the required amount at any time during the maintenance period, the frozen shares and trading cash coupons will not be unlocked and will be forfeited after the maintenance period.
 
  1. Will making an investment affect the completion of the capital locking task during the task period?
  • You can make investments. As long as the total average daily assets are not less than 80% of the task requirement, it will not affect the completion of the maintenance of assets task.
 
Other Terms and Disclaimers
  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign (“Campaign”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on participant eligibility.
  2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Campaign shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign shall be binding on all participants.
  3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
  4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the Moomoo SG universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or devices, virtual machines or, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaign/promotion. The identification of such suspicious activity shall be subject to the exclusive determination of Moomoo SG based on its back-end system records.
  8. In Singapore, investment products and financial services available through the Moomoo APP are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners.   12. This Campaign is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates the safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
  13. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised under the Campaign. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
  14. The lifetime commission-free in the U.S. Stock Market discount applies strictly to individual client who are:(i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address, which must be either a bill or bank statement within the past three (3) months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients expressly confirmed in writing by Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine or modify the qualification criteria for client to whom this commission-free applies. this fee adjustment applies.

  16. Only one trading cash coupon can be used for a single order. In the event that multiple trading cash coupons are available in your account at the same time, trading cash coupons with the earliest expiration date shall be applied first. If two or more trading cash coupons share the same expiration date, the coupons with the higher face value shall be applied.
  17. Trading cash coupons are unregistered, non-transferable, and each trading cash coupon can be used only once and applied to a single order.
  18. Moomoo SG reserves the right to revoke or reclaim any trading cash coupon or cashback acquired by participants through means deemed inappropriate by Moomoo SG, including but not limited to exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
