Eligibility

Inviter: Refers to a person who activates an invitation by sharing a referral code or event link. All users with a Moomoo SG universal account can invite others.

Invitee: All Moomoo SG users who meet the following requirements are eligible for this event.

Have never conducted any options trading on moomoo before clicking the inviter’s exclusive link

Participation Process

1. Enter the options trading invitation event page, click the share button to share your exclusive link with the invitee. After completing the sharing, the inviter will receive points (limited to once per person);

2. The invitee establishes an invitation relationship with you through the exclusive link;

3. If the invitee completes their first options trade during the event period, the inviter will receive a $12.8 options trading cash coupon reward (if the inviter has not yet opened a Moomoo SG universal accont, they need to complete the account opening to use the reward).

Reward Description

(1) The validity period of the reward is 30 days (subject to the actual validity period of points/cash coupon rewards), and will not be reissued if expired.

① Points and trading cash coupon will be issued within T+7 working days after the invitee completes the corresponding tasks, and can be viewed in "My - My Rewards" in the moomoo App;

② Trading Cash coupon can only be used for options trading and require a Moomoo SG universal accont. If you do not have an account, you need to open one first before using the trading cash coupon;

(2) The event rewards are only valid for completing the corresponding tasks within the current event period. Those who fail to complete the tasks after the event ends will not be eligible for the corresponding rewards.

(3) Invitation validity period: Consistent with the event period. After the event ends, the invitation relationship will automatically become invalid. If the invitee completes the first options trade after the event ends, the inviter will not be able to receive the corresponding reward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If an invitee has conducted other transactions such as stock trading but never traded options before, are they eligible for the invitee qualification?

A: Eligible. The invitee qualification is only limited to "never having traded options" and does not restrict the historical records of other types of transactions.

Q: What are the usage rules for the points obtained by sharing the event page?

A: Points can be exchanged for corresponding benefits in the Points Redemption Mall of the moomoo App. The specific redemption rules are subject to the announcement of the Points Redemption Mall, and the validity period of points is subject to the display when credited to the account.

Q: Is there any restriction on the usage scope of the trading Cash coupon？ What if the transaction amount is lower than the denomination of the Cash coupon？

A: Trading Cash coupon can only be used for options trading and cannot be used for other types of transactions; if the amount of a single options transaction is lower than the denomination of the Cash coupon，it can only be used to deduct the corresponding transaction amount. The remaining denomination cannot be split for use and no change will be given.

Q: If the same invitee is invited by multiple inviters, which inviter will finally receive the reward?

A: An invitee can only be successfully referred once. Eligibility for rewards shall be subject to the first inviter who sent the invitation to the said invitee; only the first inviter that has established a valid referral relationship with the invitee is entitled to the corresponding rewards after the invitee completes the designated tasks.

Q: Is there any restriction on the direction of options trading?

A: No restrictions. During the event period, when the invitee completes the first options trade, they can freely choose the direction of the options trade according to their own investment needs, including but not limited to common options types such as call options and put options, all of which meet the conditions for obtaining rewards in this event.

The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.
Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
