Moomoo Store – Bugis Grand Opening Promotions Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Moomoo Store – Bugis Grand Opening Special Campaign (the “Campaign”) organised by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Moomoo”).

The Campaign comprises:

  1. Opening Lucky Draw Promotion

  2. Complimentary Coffee Promotion

  3. Long-Term Coffee Discount Benefit

  4. Booking & Check-in Reward Points Promotion

Unless otherwise stated, the Campaign is valid from 6 March 2026 to 20 March 2026 (both dates inclusive).

By participating in this Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


Eligibility

Participants must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old;

  2. Be a Singapore resident;

  3. Hold an active Moomoo SG account;

Moomoo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who is reasonably suspected of abnormal or abusive conduct.


  1. Opening Lucky Draw Promotion

(a) Deposit-Based Instant Lucky Draw Mechanism

During the Promotion Period, participants who make cumulative deposits of S$10,000 or more will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw opportunity.

“Deposit” refers to the total amount of funds successfully credited into the participant’s moomoo account during the Promotion Period.

Eligible participants may participate in the lucky draw immediately and will be informed of the prize won at the time of participation.

However, prize fulfilment is conditional upon meeting the activation requirements stated below.

Each participant is entitled to one (1) lucky draw opportunity through deposit qualification.


(b) Referral-Based Additional Lucky Draw Entries

During the Promotion Period, referrers will be entitled to additional lucky draw entries for each successful referral who :

  1. Complete account opening at Moomoo Store – Bugis; and

  2. Make an initial deposit of S$3,000 or above (≥ S$3,000).

shall be entitled to additional lucky draw entries.

Referred individuals must be genuine, independent new users who have not previously registered or opened a moomoo account, excludes existing or previous Moomoo SG account holders.

Moomoo reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards in cases including but not limited to:

  • Self-referrals;

  • Related or controlled accounts;

  • Bulk registrations;

  • Artificial splitting of funds;

  • Suspicious or abnormal fund flows;

  • Breaches of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) regulations;

  • Any abusive, fraudulent, or arbitrage behaviour.


  1. Prizes

The prizes under this Campaign include:

First Prize

Two (2) OPPO AI Phone Find N6 X2 mobile devices.

Each device has an approximate retail value of S$2,700.

Colour will be allocated at random.


Trading Cash Coupons

  • One (1) coupon with face value of S$500(Minimum Order Amount S$500)

  • Five (5) coupons with face value of S$100 each(Minimum Order Amount S$100)

  • Twenty-five (25) coupons with face value of S$20 each(Minimum Order Amount S$20)

KYO KOHEE Gift Vouchers

  • One (1) voucher with face value of S$100

  • Ten (10) vouchers with face value of S$50 each

  • Fifty (50) vouchers with face value of S$10 each

Moomoo Merchandise

Thirty (30) units.


Reward Points

One hundred and ten (110) awards of 5,000 points each.


All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated.

The stated retail value of prizes is for reference only.

Moomoo reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equivalent value in cases of stock unavailability, regulatory requirements, or force majeure.

Any tax liabilities arising from the receipt of prizes shall be borne solely by the recipient.

Prize Availability All prizes are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Moomoo reserves the right to modify or conclude the activity once all prizes have been fully redeemed.


  1. Trading Cash Coupon Terms

  1. Trading cash coupons will be credited only upon fulfilment of the net deposit requirement.

  2. Coupons are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of crediting.

  3. Each coupon requires a minimum buy trade amount no less than the face value of the coupon.

  4. Applicable markets and instruments:

Hong Kong: stocks, ETFs, leveraged & inverse products, REITs

United States: stocks, ETFs, REITs, stock options, index options

Singapore: stocks, ETFs, REITs

Full terms are subject to the prevailing coupon terms within the moomoo platform.


  1. KYO KOHEE Gift Voucher Terms

• Redeemable only at all KYO KOHEE retail stores in Singapore

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers

• Valid for one (1) year from purchase date and must bear authorised stamp

• Not exchangeable for cash

• Must be fully utilised in a single transaction

• Unutilised amounts will not be refunded

• Not replaceable if lost, damaged, defaced, expired, or voided

• No extension after expiry

• Subject to KYO KOHEE’s management policies


  1. Complimentary Coffee Promotion

The Free Coffee Promotion will be available daily from 6 March 2026 to 20 March 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:59 PM (Singapore Time), during the Promotion Period.

During the Promotion Period, customers who visit the store and leave verified reviews on Google for both:

  • “Moomoo Store – Bugis”

  • “Moomoo Cafe by KYO”

may redeem one (1) complimentary coffee upon presenting the published reviews to our staff for verification. The free coffee is available in Black, White, or Matcha only.

Limited to one redemption per person.

Redemptions are available daily from 9:00 AM to 4:59 PM (Singapore Time), subject to availability (while stocks last).

Moomoo reserves the right to disqualify participants submitting fraudulent or abusive reviews.


  1. Long-Term 25% Coffee Discount Benefit

Eligible moomoo users (individuals with a valid Moomoo App and a registered Moomoo ID) may enjoy a 25% discount on all items on the Moomoo Café by KYO menu within Moomoo Store – Bugis.

- Promotion entitles moomoo users to 25% off the total bill.

- Limited to 20 cups per moomoo user per day.

- Valid moomoo app and moomoo ID must be presented at point of purchase.

- Applicable only at Bugis Moomoo café by KYŌ.

- Not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

- Moomoo SG & KYŌ reserve the right to amend the terms, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without prior notice.

- The discount is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


  1. Booking & Check-in Reward Points Promotion

The first 1,000 users who successfully:

  • Complete a store booking; and

  • Visit and check in physically at Moomoo Store – Bugis

will receive 100 reward points.

Eligibility will be determined based on the chronological order of successful booking confirmation. Participants must also complete the physical store visit and check-in within the Promotion Period to qualify.

Points will be credited within fifteen (15) business days.

Moomoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify participants and forfeit any rewards if it suspects abnormal booking patterns (such as multiple bookings for the same day), promotion abuse, or any conduct that violates the spirit of fairness of this activity.


  1. Photography & Media Consent

By participating in this Campaign and/or entering the store premises, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

Such materials may be used by moomoo for internal documentation, marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital advertising, and printed materials.

By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the staff on-site.


  1. New User Deposit Bonus Campaign

Campaign Period

This campaign is an exclusive promotion in celebration of the opening of the Moomoo Store-Bugis in Singapore. The commencement date of the Campaign shall be determined based on the actual opening dates of the respective stores, including the bugis outlet.

Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign

To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, participants must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Participants must be Singapore residents and have successfully registered a moomoo ID; and

  • Before the start of this campaign, participants must not have ever deposited any funds or transferred any securities into a Moomoo SG universal account, regardless of whether the account is currently active, restricted, closed, or deactivated. For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies to all accounts with such prior records. The purpose is to ensure that the campaign is open only to brand-new users. Moomoo Singapore reserves the right to determine user eligibility at its sole discretion based on actual circumstances; and

  • Only participants who satisfy the above conditions and complete the relevant tasks will be eligible to activate the corresponding rewards; and

  • Upon receiving the reward from this Campaign, participants will no longer be eligible for other new user rewards offered by Moomoo Singapore at the same time; including but not limited to KOL channels and offline promotional channels; and

  • The participating entity must be an individual account, and corporate accounts are not entitled to participate.

How to Participate

  • To be eligible for the corresponding deposit task reward, users must, during the campaign period, visit moomoo store-bugis in Singapore — 496 North Bridge Road #01-01, #01-02 and #02-01, — to obtain the campaign QR code from a store staff member. After scanning the code, users can complete the deposit process on their own. Once the deposit is successfully made, the corresponding deposit reward will be issued.

  • Scanning the QR code serves as the registration step for participating in the campaign and must be completed before making a deposit. The deposit process can be done entirely independently without staff assistance. If users have any questions regarding the QR code or deposit, they may approach the staff for guidance (staff assistance is optional, not required).

Make your first deposit during the Campaign Period and accumulate a net deposit^ of at least S$3,000 within 30 consecutive days. Once reached, task-based rewards will be automatically issued to your account. You may view the rewards under "Me > My Rewards" in the moomoo app.

Accumulate up to S$30 (US$23) worth of Apple fractional shares# (to be unlocked upon completion of the specified trading tasks within 30 days from the date each reward is credited).

Trading Task Requirement: You must complete at least 1 stock trade with a minimum transaction amount of S$100 within 30 days.

1.Trading is limited to Stocks, REITS in the HK market and Stocks, REITS, Options in the US market and Stocks, REITS in the SG market.

2.Only buy and sell trades qualify. Orders must be placed and executed during the task period.

3.Rewards will be unlocked within three trading days once the qualified trades have been completed.

Accumulate up to S$500 (US$388) worth of Apple fractional shares# (to be unlocked upon completion of the specified trading tasks within 30 days from the date each reward is credited).

 

Trading Task Requirement: You must complete at least 5 stock trades with a minimum transaction amount of S$100 within 30 days.

1.Trading is limited to Stocks, REITS in the HK market and Stocks, REITS, Options in the US market and Stocks, REITS in the SG market.

2.Only buy and sell trades qualify. Orders must be placed and executed during the task period.

3.Rewards will be unlocked within three trading days once the qualified trades have been completed.

#The actual value of AAPL fractional shares is denominated in USD, and the reward value shown above is calculated based on the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.29 SGD as of 17 July 2025. Minor rounding differences may occur due to currency conversion.

^Net deposit refers to the difference between the total amount of deposits and withdrawals. If the average daily net deposit during the campaign period falls below the required tier value (S$3,000, S$10,000, S$100,000), the user will not be eligible for the reward.

Once the user completes the deposit task in-store, the exclusive reward for the store opening will be credited to the user's account but remain frozen. To unlock the frozen reward, the user must complete the required number of eligible stock trades within 30 days from the date the reward is credited. Trading is limited to Stocks, REITS in the HK market and Stocks, REITS, Options in the US market and Stocks, REITS in the SG market. Any frozen rewards that are not unlocked by the end of the task period will be deemed invalid and forfeited.

  1. Existing User Referral Campaign

Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign

The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Non-residents of Singapore will not be eligible for this promotion. Singapore residents, means those who are defined as having an IP address in Singapore.

  • Referrer: Refers to a person who invites a friend to complete an in-store deposit. All Singapore residents who have registered a moomoo ID can refer others.

  • Regular Referee: Refers to a person who receives the referrer's referral code or link. A referee is eligible to accept the invitation if they meet one of the following conditions: (1) New User: Who has never registered a moomoo ID before the campaign; (2) Registered User: Who has registered a moomoo ID but has never deposited funds or transferred-in stocks into a Moomoo SG universal account, and registration time must be 30 days before.

  • Existing Referee: A user who has successfully deposited into Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign but has never initiated a stock transfer-in. Additionally, they must meet all the following conditions:

      (1) Clients residing in Singapore who have opened accounts with Moomoo SG, or special clients who received the event link through our account managers.

      (2) Clients who have never transferred in or out of stocks before activity time or have never transferred out of stocks before the first transfer in during activity time.

      (3) Clients whose first transfer-in was not transferred to Moomoo SG from a brokerage firm under the Futu Group during activity time.

  • Only participants who satisfy the above conditions and complete the relevant tasks will be eligible to activate the corresponding rewards.

  • The participating entity must be an individual account, and corporate accounts are not entitled to participate.

How to Participate

Existing users can invite new users to visit moomoo store-bugis in Singapore — 496 North Bridge Road #01-01, #01-02 and #02-01— and complete a deposit or transfer-in with the assistance of store staff. Both the referrer and the referee will be eligible for the corresponding task rewards. If needed, staff are available to provide consultation and guidance.

Store Opening Exclusive Rewards

On top of the referral rewards, the referrer will receive an additional S$20 cash coupon for each referee who completes an in-store deposit of at least S$3,000 and meets the aforementioned eligibility criteria. The coupon will be issued after on-site verification and registration by store staff.

Reward Instructions:

  1. The referrer must approach store staff for registration and reward collection. The reward will be issued in the form of a redemption code, which must be redeemed within the campaign period. Expired codes will not be accepted.

  2. The cash coupon must be used within 60 days of redemption. Expired rewards will not be reissued. A Moomoo SG universal account is required to redeem rewards. Users without an account must open one first.

  3. New referee users are entitled to enjoy rewards from the in-store New User Deposit Bonus Campaign.

Referral Rewards

When an existing user refers a new user who completes an in-store deposit, both the referrer and the referee will be eligible for rewards under the Moomoo Singapore Referral Programme. For detailed information about the moomoo Singapore Referral Programme, please click here.

Tiered Reward Calculation

During the event period, invite friends to deposit funds or transfer-in stocks (based on the market value of the stocks at the time the transfer-in request is initiated) to receive the following rewards based on the number of successful invites. Rewards include both Moomoo Singapore Referral Programme and Store Opening Exclusive Rewards.

Note: To be eligible for the rewards, you must deposit funds from your bank account only and maintain the assets exclusively in your Moomoo SG universal account. Any deposits or assets in your CDP-linked account do not count toward the deposit or asset value calculation of this Campaign. Furthermore, if you transfer funds from Moomoo SG universal account to your CDP-linked account, causing the asset value in your Moomoo SG universal account to fall below the required asset maintenance threshold, you will not qualify for the corresponding rewards.

In the meantime, all withdrawals from your Moomoo SG universal account, regardless of source of funds, will reduce your net deposit under the Campaign, which may prevent you from meeting the cumulative net deposit requirement. If you withdraw funds from CDP-linked account through Moomoo SG universal account, please ensure that you make additional deposits from your bank account into your Moomoo SG universal account, if needed, to keep your net deposit sufficient to qualify for the corresponding rewards.

Once the user completes the deposit task in-store, the exclusive reward for the store opening will be credited to the user's account but remain frozen. To unlock the frozen rewards, you must maintain the required minimum asset balance during the asset maintenance period specified in the table above. The asset maintenance period for each reward commences on the date the respective reward is credited to your account. Any frozen rewards that are not unlocked by the end of the applicable maintenance period will be forfeited.

 

 


  1. General Terms

  1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.

  2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

  3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

  4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

  5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

  6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

  7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

  8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo APP is a financial information and trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products.   9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials related to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.

Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

  12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

  13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

  14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.

  15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

  16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

  17. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
