Cancelling Your Inbound Transfer Request

Depending on how far along the transfer process is, you may be able to cancel your transfer request. 

To cancel your transfer request in the Moomoo app:

● Click Accounts at the bottom and the account you initiated the request from

● Click Transfers

● Click Transfer Stock In

● Click Transfer-In History at the bottom of the page


● Tap the cancel button under the request you want to cancel

 

Keep In Mind:

If the cancel button is not there, it means your transfer request is too far in the process and cannot be cancelled. The securities will be transferred into you Moomoo Financial account. For further questions, call +1-888-721-0610.
