Deposit

To deposit funds into your brokerage account, you can use the following three transfer methods: ACH Transfer, Instant Transfer, and Wire Transfer. Processing time, fees, deposit limits, and supported banks may vary for different transfer methods.

• Path: Accounts > Tap an account card > Transfers > Deposit.

ACH transfer steps:

1. Add a bank account.

Note: This step is required only if you are using ACH transfer to deposit funds for the first time. Here's how to add a bank account:

2. Return to the Deposit page.

3. Choose your bank account, enter the transfer amount, and tap Submit.

Note: ACH transfers only support USD transfers from US bank accounts.

4. Review the ACH authorization details and tap Authorize. Your deposit will then be processed.

Instant transfer steps:

To use instant transfer, you will first need to link your external account or any other US bank account to moomoo. Then follow these steps:

1. Select Instant Transfer as the transfer method.

2. Enter the transfer amount and tap Confirm.

3. Accept the payment request in your banking app within 30 minutes. Your deposit will arrive shortly.

Wire transfer steps:

Please first obtain the bank account information for Moomoo Financial Inc. before proceeding with the deposit request via your bank's app or website.

1. Select Wire Transfer as the transfer method.

2. Select U.S. Domestic or International.

3. Copy the account information as needed.

Note: Please make sure to provide your moomoo user ID in the For Further Credit To field.

Withdraw

To withdraw funds to your bank account, ACH and Wire transfers are available.

• Path: Accounts > Transfers > Withdraw.

  

ACH transfer steps:

1. Select ACH Transfer as the transfer method.

2. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and tap Submit.

3. Verify your trading password. Your withdrawal request will then be processed.

Wire transfer steps:

1. Select Wire Transfer as the transfer method.

2. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw and tap Review.

3. Submit the withdrawal request.

4. Verify your trading password. Your withdrawal will then be processed.

View history

You can easily view your deposit or withdrawal history.

• Path 1: Accounts > Transfers > Go to the History section at the bottom of the page > Tap to switch between Deposit and Withdrawal.

• Path 2: Accounts > Transfers > Tap Deposit or Withdraw > Tap History at the lower part of the page.

• Path 3: Accounts > More > Swipe up to find Funds History under the Funds section.
