View Account Statements

If you'd like to view your account statements, there are two methods available:

Method 1

  • Go to the Accounts tab, then tap More on the top navigation bar.

  • Swipe up to find the Account section, then tap Statement.

Method 2

  • Tap the Search icon at the top right, then search for Statement.

Switch account to view statements

To view statements from a different account, tap the > icon in the upper right corner, and a list of accounts will pop up.

Filter statements

  • Select from All Statements, Monthly Statement, or Daily Statement to filter your statements accordingly.

  • To view statements from a specific month, tap All Months > Select.

Edit Statement settings

  • To encrypt your statements, tap the Settings icon next to the All Months label, and turn on Encryption. The password to open an encrypted statement is the last four digits of your mobile number followed by the last four characters of your ID.

  • Apart from encryption settings, you can also switch the language of your statements between Chinese and English.
