Options Analysis

Moomoo provides a range of data and analysis to inform your options trading decisions.
Path: Quotes page > Options > Analysis.

Trade Stats

  • Switch between Volume and Open Interest (OI).
  • The bottom legend is interactive on the chart: Tap an item to toggle it.
    • Long press on the chart to view detailed data for a specific date.
    • Swipe left on the chart to view earlier data.
  • Tap Rankings > to view top stocks by options volume, OI, and Implied Volatility (IV).
  • Tap the "share" button to share or download the chart.

Volume & OI by Strike Price Charts

  • Long press on the chart to view detailed data for a specific strike price.
  • Tap the ⓘ icon next to a chart header to learn more about the chart.

Volatility Analysis, Term Structure, and Smile Charts

  • The bottom legend is interactive on the chart: Tap an item to toggle it.
  • Long press on the chart to view detailed data for a specific date or strike price.
  • For Volatility Term Structure and Smile Charts, tap the "filter" icon on the right to select strike prices and expirations.
    • Tap Average, Call, or Put below the header to switch between the average or a specific type.

Edit page layout

  • Tap Edit at the bottom of the page to change its layout.
    • Long press and drag the "三" icon to reorder a chart.
    • Tap Reset to restore the page layout to default.
